How do I change an employee's vacation entitlement?
Adjust the number of vacation days for a new or departing employee.
You can adjust the existing vacation via the vacation quota. To edit it, deactivate the “Use the default vacation quota of the company” toggle (it can remain deactivated).
Then use the pencil icon to edit the existing vacation quota, or click the blue button to add a new one.
Note: If the existing quota has been active for some time and you want to set a different vacation quota for the current year, it’s best to first edit the existing quota and set the “End Date” to the previous year. Then use the blue button to set a new quota that applies to the current year.
