To do this, first go to the “Integrations” section within the menu. There, under “Further Add-Ons” in the “Payroll Accounting” section, you will find the button to connect to “DATEV Payroll Accounting.” Click on it, and a configuration window will appear.
Now enter the client number and the consultant number here. Specify whether the employee ID stored in Clockodo is a company personnel number or a DATEV personnel number .
You can obtain the client and consultant numbers from your tax advisor, who manages DATEV.
Next, assign the required salary types. Only assigned salary types can be included in the export later.
Once you've saved, the add-on is fully configured.
Note: The export is available exclusively for hourly wage earners.
