How do I create a time entry for another co-worker?
You can also enter manual time entries for other employees. There are several ways to do this:
- Go to the employee’s co-worker report. Open the corresponding day and create a time entry for them.
- Navigate to the co-worker reports overview and click the timesheet icon (to the right of the blue refresh button). Select the timesheet for the desired employee and create the time entry for them.
- Open your own time table and create a new time entry. In the time entry form, you’ll find the “Employee icon” in the lower-left corner (the icon with multiple silhouettes). Click it to open the employee selection and choose the employee for whom you want to create the time entry.
