How do I create a time entry for another co-worker?

You can also enter manual time entries for other employees. There are several ways to do this:

  1. Go to the employee’s co-worker report. Open the corresponding day and create a time entry for them.
  2. Navigate to the co-worker reports overview and click the timesheet icon (to the right of the blue refresh button). Select the timesheet for the desired employee and create the time entry for them.
  3. Open your own time table and create a new time entry. In the time entry form, you’ll find the “Employee icon” in the lower-left corner (the icon with multiple silhouettes). Click it to open the employee selection and choose the employee for whom you want to create the time entry.
