How do I deactivate an admin user?

Only other administrators can archive an administrator. The administrator themselves will not see an archive icon next to their name, as there is no way to deactivate themselves.

If there is only one administrator in your account, you must first designate another administrator. To do this, use the three-dot menu in the employee list. The new administrator can then archive the other administrator using the usual procedure.
