Why is there a discrepancy between the report and the invoice?

The difference between the hours processed (e.g., 42.5) and the hours included in the invoice (e.g., 39) can have several causes:

  • Some time entries may have been accidentally or automatically marked as “non-billable” and thus excluded from billing. Please check in the module builder to ensure that all relevant entries are set to “billable.” Feel free to use the “Billability” filter for this purpose.
  • Rounding settings and grouping in the module builder can also lead to different values appearing in the evaluation and on the invoice. Make sure that the same settings and modules are used in the module builder and when creating the invoice.
