If the absence request shows an incorrect number of days, this may be due to the employee’s planned hours or to public holidays (nonbusiness days).

Therefore, it’s best to check whether the planned hours are defined correctly, whether all public holidays (nonbusiness days) are entered, and whether the employee has been assigned the correct public nonbusinessdays group in their personal data.
