Why are some negative hours displayed in green?
Sometimes negative hours are marked in red, and sometimes in green. Why?
Negative hours are marked in green in the co-worker report only when there is an approved overtime reduction for them.
The green color indicates that these negative hours were created intentionally and with approval. A prerequisite is that the negative hours do not exceed the approved overtime reduction.
Negative hours are marked in red if they were not explicitly requested or approved.
