Where do I see the remaining vacation days?

Use Clockodo to check your remaining vacation days—or those of your team—in a variety of ways.

Clockodo automatically calculates your current remaining vacation balance and displays it accordingly. This calculation also takes into account future absences or requested absences. You can view this information in the following ways:

  • In the co-worker report, your remaining balance is listed under the “Absences” tile.

  • In My Requests, your remaining vacation days are displayed in the top-right corner as “X days available.”

  • You can also view your current remaining vacation balance in the stopwatch and the apps by tapping the airplane icon.

  • Managers can export the hour accounts via the Co-worker reports — for example, the cumulative work time export. This export can also be generated as of a specific date to see what the remaining vacation balance was on that date.
