What personal customer data does Clockodo store?
Clockodo does not collect any personal information about your customers.
Clockodo only collects personal data about your employees (name, email, working hours, absences).
There are no fields for personal data in the Clients/Projects section. If you enter personal data in the client/project name or in the notes, you can export this data from the system via a client/project export and provide it to your client. To delete this personal data, edit the corresponding data record.
As the data controller, you must ensure that any necessary deletions or exports are processed in accordance with data protection regulations and your client’s specific requirements. Further helpful information, as well as the Data Processing Agreement and an overview of all third-party providers used, can be found in the Clockodo Trust Center or the Privacy Policy.
