What is the Planner?

Get a quick overview of your employees' absences and use this information for your planning.

In the Absence Planner, you can view an overview of your employees’ booked or requested absences. You can display the planner in a calendar view or as a planning board—use the corresponding buttons in the top right corner to do so.
Using various filters, you can narrow down the time period, display a specific employee, or view only certain types of absences. With the exception of the time period, the filters are applied to the exports.

In the planning board view, you can also create absences for yourself or other users. Non-working days and nonbusiness days are displayed in gray here.
