What do the red alerts mean?
Red notifications in time tracking and the co-worker reports indicate various rule violations.
Red notifications in Clockodo indicate that a rule violation or, in some cases, a change occurred on a given day. This can be caused by the following:
- insufficient break time was taken
- the maximum continuous working time per day was exceeded
- the maximum weekly working time was exceeded
- a change in working hours still needs to be requested
- there are overlaps in the time entries
These alerts are purely visual and do not prevent you from recording additional times, for example. Based on the rule violations, you can then take appropriate corrective measures for the future.
