What can I do if a newly created customer doesn't appear in the clock?
Your clock has probably not been refreshed yet, if you do so, new data will appear in the clock.
You might need to refresh the data in your app or stopwatch. To do this, click the three-dot menu and select “Refresh Data". The new customer will then be available for time tracking.
