What access rights do my employees receive when they join the company?
Use our predefined permission groups, or create your own to customize permission management.
Clockodo offers various access groups when creating an account. By default, employees are assigned to the “Employee” access group. However, the selected permission group can also be manually adjusted when creating a user.
The “Employee” permission group allows employees to create their own times and projects, but they cannot view any revenue or reports from other employees. They are only granted an overview of absences, but without details regarding the type of absence.
For HR staff, we have provided the “HR Manager” access group. With this permission, it is possible to view other employees’ data and manage permissions.
For users who handle time billing, there is also the “Billing Manager.” This role has full access to clients and projects and can also review other employees’ times to bill them.
If the predefined access groups we provide do not suit your needs, read here to learn how to create your own access groups.
