Towio: Unable to add an employee
If you use Clockodo in combination with Towio, you will find the employee management (as well as subscription management) in Towio. If you are unable to add an employee there, this may be because the employee has previously been active in your Clockodo account. In this case, go to the employee archive and change the name of the deactivated user. You can then try creating the employee in Towio again.
If the employee has never been active in the Clockodo account and the user cannot be created, please contact your Towio customer service representative.
