The API rate limit has been reached

Due to the use of the API (e.g. CRM+) or too many requests in the main application, you have reached the rate limit (maximum number of requests over the API to a specific endpoint within a specific time interval).

An adjustment must be made to the API or the connected system to ensure that the rate limit is not exceeded. Please consult the contact person for your connected system or your internal contact responsible for API connections.

In an emergency, our support team can temporarily reset the rate limit.
