Please check the scheduled working hours for the relevant person and review your public holiday group.
This error may occur with absences that have already been requested or approved, following a change to the scheduled working hours or public holidays.
For example, if you approve a 5-day absence and subsequently change the co-worker's target working hours from a 5-day to a 4-day week, only 4 days will be required for the absence, instead of the 5 days originally calculated.
In this case, you can simply edit the absence using the small pencil icon and click Save directly. Clockodo will then update the absence and record the correct number of days.
