Please check your access permissions in the billing application

This may be due to a missing permission or a missing module in the billing application

The error message appears because a required permission or module is missing or deactivated in the linked invoicing application.

With bexio, for example, this is the case if your bexio user does not have access to the data or if your bexio package does not contain any projects when importing projects. In the case of other invoicing applications, such as easybill, Billomat, Lexware Office or FastBill, if permissions are missing, the message "You must log in to the invoicing application" will appear instead.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open your invoicing application and check whether all the required permissions and modules are activated. With bexio, for example, check whether the project module is activated.
  2. Activate any missing permissions or modules.
  3. Try the process again.
