How do I manage licenses?

You can adjust the number of booked licenses in the Contracts section. The additional license will be listed on the next invoice as an additional license booking. Alternatively, you can assign additional employees to licenses that are already free.

How do I adjust the number of licenses?

  1. Open Contracts.
  2. Adjust the number of licenses there.
  3. The change will be reflected on the next invoice.

What can I do with available licenses?

Free licenses can be assigned directly to other employees. This allows you to continue using existing licenses without immediately changing the contract quantity. The licenses do not also have to be manually assigned to the user. With free licenses, it is sufficient to simply create a new employee.

When will the change be billed?

The adjusted number will be taken into account in the next invoice.
