I would like to cancel a Clockodo invoice
It is not possible to cancel invoices, for example due to an incorrect address or too many licences.
You can adjust the number of licences at any time in the "Clockodo contract" section.
For a change of company name, please contact our support team at support@clockodo.com.
Changes must be made by yourself before the start of the next subscription period. With an annual subscription, you will receive an information email before your subscription is renewed. With a monthly subscription, you can flexibly adjust your subscription up until the last day of the month.
