Clockodo automatically calculates overtime based on the difference between the planned hours and the recorded working hours.
Overtime is generated in Clockodo when the recorded working hours exceed the planned hours. The planned hours are determined by the working time model you’ve set up and may vary depending on the day of the week.
The calculation is performed on a daily basis and is then consolidated in the co-worker report. This provides an up-to-date overview of positive and negative hours at all times.
