How do I synchronize absences with personio?

Our interface with Personio automatically syncs your absences. As soon as you approve an absence in Clockodo, it will also appear in Personio—and vice versa.

To use the sync feature, follow these steps:

• Set up a connection between Clockodo and Personio via “Integrations”

• Toggle on the switch for absence synchronization

• To avoid misunderstandings, assign the absence types by clicking the absence button

• Save, and automatic synchronization is now active.

Please note that synchronization is not retroactive; it only applies from the time of assignment. Additionally, only the absences of connected employees are synchronized.
