How do I set up short-time work in Clockodo?

Clockodo does not have a dedicated feature for short-time work. One option would be for employees to simply record their reduced hours as usual. You can then submit the resulting negative hours to the authorities via an export. The negative hours can subsequently be cleared via a credit note.

A second option would be to reduce the employees’ planned hours for the period of reduced working hours. With this approach, no negative hours are recorded on the employee’s time account; however, this also makes it more difficult to provide the necessary documentation to the authorities.
