How do I set up nonbusiness days?

Learn how to assign the correct nonbusiness group to co-workers so that nonbusiness days are considered in their planned hours.

To define nonbusiness days in your account, follow these steps:

  • go to the Nonbusiness days menu item
  • click the blue "+ Nonbusiness group" and select the correct template
  • expand the nonbusiness group and, if necessary, add additional unofficial nonbusiness days - such as christmas eve - using the blue "+ single nonbusiness day" button

You can use the star icon to set a nonbusiness group as the default.

You can create as many nonbusiness groups as you need. Then you can assign the correct nonbusiness group to your co-workers via their personal data. New co-workers are automatically assigned the company default.
