How do I set the payment method to bank transfer?

The "bank transfer" or "on invoice" payment method is only available with a yearly subscription. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Clockodo offers you the option to pay invoices by bank transfer. However, changing the payment method is only possible if you have booked a yearly subscription. 

The bank transfer details will be provided by our support team; please contact us at support@clockodo.com or +49 2303 676687-8.

Please note that you cannot book a subscription using the "bank transfer" payment method. You must first provide a credit card or bank account details when booking our subscription; our support team can only change the payment method once the subscription has been completed.
