How do I set default planned hours and vacation quota?
Define default planned hours and vacation quota entitlement. New co-workers are automatically assigned these settings.
In the "work time tracking" section in the company settings, you can specify default planned hours. Clockodo specifies a 40-hour workweek by default, which can be adjusted as needed. You can also define a standard surcharge model and enable flexible working hours.
In the "absence and vacation management" section, you can define the standard amount of vacation days per year for a full-time employee.
For co-workers who join the company during the year, the amount of vacation days is calculated based on the standard amount of vacation per year. Please note that for a co-worker to be eligible for a full months leave, their start date must fall on the 1st of the month.
