How do I restore a data backup?
How to restore data from a backup
To restore a backup, go to the "Data backups "section.
Download the required backup by clicking on the cloud icon.
Unzip the downloaded .zip file and locate the .csv file you wish to import.
Then go to the "Import" section and upload the file there.
If you still have an old backup and wish to restore it, for technical reasons this is only possible between 9.00 pm and 2.00 am. Please plan the restoration accordingly.
You can then restore an old backup by clicking on the curved arrows.
