How do I record days off due to bad weather?

Clockodo does not have a dedicated feature for bad weather days. One option would be for employees to simply record their reduced hours as usual in such cases. You can then submit the resulting negative hours to the authorities via an export. If necessary, the negative hours can be subsequently offset using a credit note.

A second option would be to create a separate service for bad weather (this only works with active project time tracking). Employees would then record the “absences” using this service, thereby making up the remaining planned hours. Using the builder, you can then generate a report on the bad weather hours incurred. With this approach, no negative hours are recorded in the employee’s co-worker report.
