How do I record a lump sum?
Recording lump sums
Lump sums are used to record costs that are not covered by time entries, such as materials or daily allowances.
A lump sum is booked via a lump sum entry. To do this, click on "+ Track" in the timetable, for example, and select the "Lumpsum" tab in the next window. Then select the desired lump sum service and enter the quantity. The price per unit is then calculated based on the corresponding quantity.
You can create a lump sum entry via the clock by clicking on the small "+" icon in the middle of the menu bar and entering a record here via the "Lump sum" tab.
