How do I invite new employees to my Clockodo account?

You can quickly add an employee via the co-worker list. Simply click the blue “+ co-worker” button in the top-right corner. The following information is required to create the employee:

  • Employee’s name (must not duplicate existing employees)

  • Employee’s email address (must not duplicate existing employees)

  • Start date*


If necessary, you can also assign the employee directly to an existing team and appropriate access groups, and adjust the time zone.

* If the start date is in the future and you simply want to create the employee in advance, please make sure not to set the right start date. Once the start date arrives, the license will automatically be added and the user will be invited via mail. After creation, you can already define the planned hours and review other employee settings, such as vacation and holidays.
