How do I edit an absence that has already been approved?
Edit and withdraw already approved absences
If you want to make a change to an already approved absence—or delete it entirely—you can do so as a supervisor via Team Requests. Open the absence list for the relevant employee and locate the appropriate absence. Simply click the pencil icon to edit the absence.
To completely remove an absence, click the “Approved” status and select the “Withdraw Approval” option. Once approval has been withdrawn, you can also “Delete from List” via the status dropdown.
