How do I define an absence manager?

If an employee is responsible for managing other employees' absences and you want that person to receive notifications about them, you can designate that person as the absence manager.

In Clockodo, an absence manager is designated through an employee’s personnel data. The employee listed there has access to the absence requests of the assigned individuals. They receive an email notification when new requests are submitted and can then approve or reject them.
The absence manager also has access to the co-worker report of the assigned employees. However, they are not permitted to make any changes or view any details.
