How do i create sub projects?

For tracking and billing at the subproject level

To track time in Clockodo not only as work time but also as project time, you must first create these projects. There are several ways to create new subprojects for your projects:

  1. Go to your project reports, select the appropriate main project, and create a new subproject using the blue “+ Subproject” button.

  2. Via the stopwatch: Click on the “Client/Project” field to open the client/project list. There, you’ll find a small plus icon in the top right corner to create new records—including projects.

  3. Via a manual time entry. First, open the window for a new time entry. Open the dropdown for the “Client/Project” selection. Click the small blue plus icon to create new records.

To create a new subproject, you only need the name and the assigned project. All other fields are optional.
