How do I create a work report?

You can easily create reports for your customers using the Builder.

You can easily create work reports using the Builder. First, filter out the desired time periods and adjust the grouping criteria. The grouping criteria depend on the information you need in the report - for example, customer, project, service or co-worker.

Once all the displayed data is correct, you can generate a PDF or Excel export using the "Export" button. Here, you have the option to output the times grouped together or as individual entries. With the "Grouped times" option, identical entries are merged.
If you select "All single entries...", you also have the option to define the columns to be included in the report.

Tip: If you use the description of your time entries for internal notes, make sure not to include the description in the work report. Otherwise, internal information could be disclosed.
