How do I create a data backup?

Your data is always completely secure with Clockodo. We store your data in real time and in encrypted form on two different servers, so that we will still have your data even in the event of a total system failure.

However, you can, of course, create your own data backup at any time.

• To do this, go to the ‘Export and Backup’ section.

• Click on the ‘Data backups’ tab

• Click on the blue ‘+ Data backup’ button

You now have a personalised snapshot of your Clockodo data, which you can, in theory, restore at a later date. You can also download this by clicking the cloud icon next to the backup.
