How do I activate the automatic import of master data from my invoicing application?
Let Clockodo automatically import new master data from your invoicing application
To enable the automatic import of master data, first go to the “Integrations” menu. Under “Active Add-Ons”, click on the connected invoicing application to go to the “Add-On Dashboard.”
All import options are now displayed one below the other. The “Automatic Import” option is located within each import section.
Use the toggle switch to enable this feature (blue means active, gray means inactive).
The automatic import always takes place between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (UTC).
