How can I view or edit archived customer records?
When customers, projects, or services are archived, the associated times are not automatically lost but remain stored for future reference and editing.
In this case, we recommend proceeding as follows:
This allows you to view all entries for an archived record and edit them as needed.
- Open the report builder
- Check the box for “Show archived”
- Adjust the time period, enable the customer/project filter, and select the archived customer.
