How can I recover deleted data?
I accidentally deleted some data. How can I recover it?
In Clockodo, you can create your own backups and restore them yourself if necessary. We recommend using this feature regularly—especially before making major changes or deleting data!
In addition, we continuously create automatic backups of the entire system so that we can quickly restore Clockodo in the event of technical problems, outages, or errors. These system backups are intended solely to safeguard operations and ensure that Clockodo functions reliably.
Please note:
These system backups are not intended to restore individual customer accounts or previous data states following accidental changes or deletions.
In individual cases, we are nevertheless happy to check whether a restoration from internal backups is possible. However, this is:
Unfortunately, a restoration cannot be guaranteed. This is especially true if the desired data state is no longer available or if the manual effort required would be very high.
To be on the safe side, we strongly recommend using the built-in backup feature regularly.
