How can I do a CSV import?
Easily upload clients, projects, services, or time entries to your Clockodo account.
To import data from a CSV file into Clockodo, first go to “Company” and then to “Import”. Specify the file contents and upload the file. In the next step, map the data to the fields in the displayed table and then import it. Quick tip: If umlauts are displayed incorrectly in the table, set the character set to “UTF-8” and click “Refresh.”
When uploading time entries, it’s important to ensure that the times are entered in the correct time format. Feel free to contact our support team to request a template with sample data for your imports.
