How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling Clockodo

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

  1. Open the Clockodo subscription section.

  2. Select the option to cancel your subscription.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

In the subscription section, you can see the exact date on which your subscription ends. After cancelling, you can continue to use Clockodo until the end of the paid period. Your data will remain stored for a limited period.
