How can I access my data after cancelling my subscription?

Export options after the subscription has been cancelled

When you cancel your Clockodo subscription, the system will show you the date on which the cancellation takes effect. Until then, you can still export your data without any issues. Once this date has passed, the account will be locked and you will no longer be able to access your data.

If you need to access your account again to export data, please contact our support team. In this case, we will need to reactivate your account – please note that a one-off fee may apply. 

Ideally, this should be done promptly, as account data is deleted after a certain retention period following cancellation, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
