When you cancel your Clockodo subscription, the system will show you the date on which the cancellation takes effect. Until then, you can still export your data without any issues. Once this date has passed, the account will be locked and you will no longer be able to access all clockodo features.However, you can still login to your clockodo account and export data.
Ideally, this should be done promptly, as account data is deleted after a certain retention period following cancellation, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
