I wish to give notice of extraordinary termination

Extraordinary termination (or termination without notice) is only possible under certain conditions. It may be considered if the provider changes fundamental aspects of the contractual relationship.

Ordinary termination is possible at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

  • Customers may terminate the contract with notice effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • The provider may terminate the contract with 4 weeks' notice to the end of the current period.

The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected for both parties.
